There are many paths up the mountain. We often start on path and find our way onto another. This is the natural process of discovery. Although I am specialized in nature-based counseling, I invite clients to connect with me in the format that best suits them, including telehealth. If you are more comfortable speaking on Zoom or a phone call, I am happy to accommodate. We can design a meeting format that fits the individual needs and goals. I offer a complimentary introduction call for us to speak. At this time, we will lean into if we may be compatible, and if so, collaborate on a creative solution tailored to you.

I work with clients who are new to counseling, are seeking a shift from their current provider or would like to supplement with a nature specialized guide. My experience spans from clients in treatment and recovery, aftercare, family dynamics, and anyone curious about growth, awareness, and change in their lives.
