Let’s meet in the waves or on the beach.

I am a surf therapy facilitator at Waves of Recovery and am excited to bring clients out to learn to surf, boogie board, or hang on the backside. Additionally, I can meet clients on the beach to enjoy the benefits of being near the water. If you are curious about the benefits of the ocean, or simply want to connect at the beach, I am available to accommodate. Being on or near the water is proven to:

  • Reduce depression and anxiety;

  • Reduce pain and stress levels;

  • Increase energy levels and boost our mood;

  • Improve our concentration and focus;

  • Provide a sense of calm and well-being;
